MODESTO, Calif. — A person was hurt after crashing their plane near the Modesto City-County Airport Tuesday afternoon, according to the Modesto Fire Department.
Officials say they responded to the area around 3:30 p.m. on reports of a crashed aircraft. They found the plane upside down with a person standing outside of it.
The person had minor injuries and was checked over by medics who responded to the scene. It's unclear if they went to the hospital. No further information is available at this time.
