Rocklin police say that a suspect converting marijuana into condensed oil caused an explosion Saturday evening.
The explosion happened on 2nd Street around 5:30 p.m.
Investigators believe that a suspect was converting marijuana into a condensed oil, often called "honey oil."
After the explosion, the suspect ran away from the small portable operation.
No one was injured.
