SACRAMENTO, Calif. — 80 firefighters responded to battle flames along 14th Avenue after several tractor trailer trucks caught fire Sunday, said Captain Keith Wade, spokesperson for Sacramento Fire Department.
Wade said the tractor trailer truck fires were at a mattress company on the 1400 block of 14th Avenue and that no one was hurt.
Firefighters closed 14th Avenue at Stockton Boulevard and 40th Street to battle the fire.
Just after 7 p.m., Sacramento Fire Department tweeted that the fire was contained and mostly extinguished. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
