Lathrop school employee arrested on charges of 'sexual nature' with minor, deputies say

Chelsea Hubbard is booked into San Joaquin County Jail after she was accused of sending "inappropriate content" to a child for sexual gratification, officials confirmed.

MANTECA, Calif. — A Lathrop school employee was booked into San Joaquin County Jail and is facing charges of a "sexual nature with a minor," deputies said.

Authorities said Chelsea Hubbard is accused of sending a minor "inappropriate content" with an electronic device. Hubbard is employed through Manteca Unified School District at Joseph Widmer Elementary.

Hubbard was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for sending harmful matter to a minor for sexual gratification and contacting a minor to commit a felony, officials said.
