Patton Oswalt has a message for Sacramento, "see you soon."
The comedian will be visiting a Citrus Heights Barnes and Noble to discuss his late wife's book 'I'll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman's Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer'.
The book covers the crimes of the Golden State Killer, also known at the East Area Rapist, a serial rapist and murderer who terrorized California for over a decade.
True Crime Writer Michelle McNamara penned the book, but passed away in her sleep before it was done. She was 46 years old. Oswalt helped finish his wife's work along with Paul Haynes and Billy Jensen.
Shortly after the book was released, police arrested Joseph DeAngelo for the crimes. Police have said while the book helped keep the crimes in the spotlight, it was not responsible for the arrest.
Oswalt took to social media after DeAngelo's arrest saying, "you did it Michelle."

Oswalt has also made it known that he wants to talk to DeAngelo, saying that he doesn't want to gloat or gawk but instead ask him questions that his late wife wanted answered.

They will be discussing the #1 New York Times Bestseller. Oswalt took to Twitter to announce their visit.
