The string of celebrity divorces continues, with news Tuesday morning that Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy have ended their relationship.
According to joint statements posted to each of their Facebook and Twitter accounts, the couple said after "thoughtful consideration and considerable squabbling" they have decided to terminate their romantic relationship. However, the couple will work together on their upcoming show, "The Muppets", airing this fall on ABC.

Allow they will be appearing on screen together, they said "our personal lives are now distinct and separate and we will be seeing other people, pigs, frogs, et al."
