State Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara launched a series of town halls on Thursday aimed at addressing the home insurance crisis. Tens of thousands of homeowners in Northern California have been dropped by their insurance companies following record years of wildfires. Finding a company to insure them often means paying twice as much as they used to pay-- if not more. Commissioner Lara talks about what he plans to do to fix this problem.
