Nearly 1,500 without power in San Joaquin County

The majority of outages are in the Stockton area.

SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. — Update: 11:30 p.m.

Power was restored to a Manteca community after a nearly 700 customer outage.

However, other outages are still impacting communities across San Joaquin County. At least 1,300 customers across the county are impacted by outages, split among the unincorporated areas of the county and Stockton.

Update: 8:45 p.m.

Many of the outages in the Morada area and south of Lockeford have been resolved. 

However, unplanned outages in Stockton total around 1,200 customers across the city. The biggest cluster is impacting around 575 customers, generally bordering East Harding Way, North California Street, East Weber Avenue and North Wilson Way.

The outage was reported around 8:15 p.m. It's not clear when power might be restored.

Nearly 3,500 customers are without power across San Joaquin County

The unplanned outages are largest in the Morada area and south of Lockeford. 

In the Morada area, the outages were reported around 5:22 p.m. South of Lockeford, it was reported around 6 p.m. The unincorporated area of the county has roughly 2,000 customers without power.

It's not clear what caused the outages, but power isn't expected to be restored until roughly 2 a.m.

An outage impacting more than 700 customers was reported in Manteca around 6:35 p.m. However, PG&E expects power to be restored by 8:45 p.m.
