STOCKTON, Calif. — A Mexican music icon announced a new tour Tuesday with a stop in Northern California.
Alejandro Fernández's new tour De Rey a Rey, which is a tribute to the music of his late father, Vicente Fernández, is slated to stop in Sacramento.
The show is at Golden 1 Center on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. Find tickets HERE.
The tour kicks off on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Seattle’s WAMU Theater at Lumen Field.
“I was born with two blessings,” said Alejandro in a statement. “First, being born Mexican, and second, being born a Fernández. This tribute is not about me; it’s about Mexico, it’s about Vicente Fernández, in my voice and in all of our voices as we sing together the songs that have become a part of our common heritage.”
Doors are set to open at 7 p.m. and Golden 1 Center is located at 500 David J. Stern Walk in Sacramento.
Fernández previously performed at Golden 1 Center in September 2023.
