Stanislaus County Fair 2024 | Everything you need to know

The fair runs for 10 full days from July 5-14 at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds in Turlock.

TURLOCK, Calif. — The Stanislaus County Fair is returning Friday, July 5, to bring the community fun for summer.

The fair runs for 10 full days from July 5-14. From a daily Milking Parlor and events on the Kids Stage, to live performances on the Community Stage, live music, derby shows and carnival rides, there's something for everyone.

Gather your friends and family at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds at 900 N Broadway in Turlock to see what this year has to offer.

What to do at the fair, schedule 

Fair activities include: a carnival, a concert series, live artists and performers, a destruction derby with monster trucks, multiple rodeos, Junior Livestock Auctions, food and other vendors, and much more.

Fair hours

The fairgrounds, buildings and carnival open at the same time throughout the week, but buildings close at 11 p.m. while the fairgrounds and carnival close at midnight unless otherwise specified by organizers. 

Building hours

  • Monday-Friday: 4-10 p.m.
  • Saturday-Sunday: 12-11 p.m. 

Carnival, fairground hours

  • Monday-Friday: 4 p.m. to midnight
  • Saturday-Sunday: Noon to midnight

All concerts listed below are free and take place on the Modelo Variety Free Stage. Concerts start every night at 8:30 p.m.

Car, derby shows

All events will take place at the Foodmaxx Arena and will start around 6:30 p.m. and end around 8:30 p.m. every night. The Bloodless Bull Fights will end at 10 p.m. Each event has a separate admission fee from the fair, see more information below.

Tickets can be bought online HERE. There may be an added ticket fee when purchasing online. 

General ticket prices

  • General admission (Ages 13+): $15
  • Child Admission (Ages 7-12): $7 
  • Children 6 years old and under have free admission
  • Senior Admission (Ages 65+): $7

Free days:

  • July 5: Active or retired Military (with valid ID) get in free  
  • July 6: Seniors 65+ get in for free and free Ferris wheel rides all day for seniors
  • July 9: Kids 12 years old and under get in for free all day
  • Sundays: Free entry until 3 p.m.
