Cold and Flu season is still hitting Americans hard. Besides washing your hands and keeping things sanitized - you can also stay healthy with what you eat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 handful kale (stems removed)
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries (regular blueberries also!)
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/4-1/2 inch piece ginger root
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Tip: If it's too thick, add more liquid. Make sure to taste before serving and adjust some of the ingredients to your taste. You can also add a few ice cubes at the end to make it colder.
