If you consider yourself a foodie, you may already know this, but Yelp’s 2024 Food and Drink trend report identified a new trend involving ramen.
Yelp says searches for tsukemen are up 30%. Tsukemen is a Japanese ramen dish in which cold noodles are served separately from a hot bowl of soup or broth. You’re meant to dip the noodles into the broth, which is generally more intensely flavored than a typical ramen broth.
