OLYMPIC VALLEY, Calif. — The annual Magical Memories holiday event kicks off Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley for all residents across Lake Tahoe to enjoy.
The night of community fun begins with a horse-drawn sleigh ride and an exploration of the resort's life-size gingerbread village created by a team of pastry chefs. Other activities include:
- A professional ice-skating performance on the resort's ice rink
- Santa's arrival in a fire truck; 'Breakfast With Santa'
- Extravagant fireworks display
- Snowshoe tours & cookie decorating classes
Ice skating shows begin at 6 p.m. then the tree lighting and fireworks will kick off at 6:35 p.m.
