Open on Thanksgiving | Here's what grocery stores are open for the holiday

Thanksgiving means many Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto area stores will be open for partial hours, including Black Friday for some stores.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — If you need to make a grocery run before Thanksgiving dinner, be aware that your regular grocery stores might not be open at their usual times.

Grocery store chains like Raley's, Safeway and more usually have reduced hours, if any, when it comes to holidays like Thanksgiving.

While stores like the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-Op will be closed for Thanksgiving, other stores across the area have released their hours for the upcoming 2023 holiday.

Some store hours may be hard to find, so ABC10 compiled a list for your Thanksgiving Day needs. Whether you live in Sacramento, Stockton, Roseville or Modesto, you likely have one of these grocery stores near you.
