TRACY, Calif. — The Tracy City Center Association is organizing its annual Parade of Lights Saturday starting at 6 p.m.
Organizers say the parade begins on 10th Street and B Street, ending on 6th Street and Central Avenue in Tracy.
Following the parade is the Tree Lighting Ceremony in the downtown Tracy Plaza. Special Santa appearances and photo opportunities will be available at the Tracy City Center Association Santa Hub.
