CALIFORNIA, USA — Whether it's an extra side, a few drinks or even a few replacement entrees, a last-minute trip to the store can never be ruled out.
For anyone in Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto or Roseville trying to make a Costco run, they might have to make other plans.
The retail giant will be among the few retailers who are actually closed on the Fourth of July.
