EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. — A donation fund has been set up for the El Dorado County deputy who was shot and killed Wednesday morning while responding to a call about someone stealing from a marijuana farm.
The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office announced the Deputy Brian Ishmael Memorial Fund on their Facebook page. The post said it is "the only official donation website."
"Please keep Deputy Ishmael and his family in your prayers," the post said.
