All of the Tracy homicides in 2019

Tracy police have identified suspects in most of the their homicide cases and at least two men are fugitives from the law.

TRACY, Calif. — As the final months of 2019 wind down, the city of Tracy has had four different homicides devastate their communities.

As of Nov. 13, Tracy police are investigating their 4th homicide of 2019 with no suspect identified.

The city went nearly half of the year without a homicide, but that silence was crushed after the killing an 18-year-old woman in June. Three other deaths would follow as the months passed.

Two homicide suspects are being prosecuted by the San Joaquin District Attorney's Office, who commend Tracy Police for their dedication and hard work in investigating these violent crimes. Two other identified murder suspects are on the run as fugitives.

June 22 - Killing of Andrea Cervantes-Alejandre

In June, Tracy police say Andrea Cervantes-Alejandre, 18, was stabbed to death at 158 Carlton Way. The suspect in her death is Antonio Flores-Cuellar. No arrest has been made but a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the Flores-Cuellar. Police are still searching for him.

Flores-Cuellar faces a murder charge with an additional enhancement for using a knife while committing the crime. According to the San Joaquin District Attorney's Office, it is alleged that Flores-Cuellar stabbed and killed his live-in girlfriend, Cervantes-Alejandre, at their apartment.

Aug. 25 – Killing of Parmjit Singh

On Aug. 25, Parmjit Singh, a Sikh grandfather, was stabbed to death during a Sunday evening walk. Roughly one week later, police arrested Anthony Kreiter-Rhoads as a suspect in Singh's killing 

While the investigation is ongoing, there is no new information to be released.

The San Joaquin District Attorney's Office says Kreiter-Rhoads has not yet entered a plea. Kreiter-Rhoads heads back to court on Dec. 9 for further arraignment. He faces a murder charge with an enhancement for using a knife while committing the crime.

A suspect has been arrested in a deadly stabbing that devastated the Tracy community, Sikh community, and Parmjit Singh's family.

Sept. 21 – Killing of Nikolis Martinez

Nikolis Martinez, 23, was shot and killed in his vehicle on the 200 block of Carlton Way. On Nov. 5, police arrested Nicole Diaz for her suspected involvement in his death.

According to the San Joaquin District Attorney's Office, Diaz is being charged with murder with an added allegation of having a firearm while committing the crime. She was arraigned on Nov. 7, but no plea for her has been entered.

Enrique Guillen-Valles, 21, was also identified as a suspect, but he's believed to have left the area. Police have issued an arrest warrant on him for homicide.

Guillen-Valles is facing a murder charge with additional allegations of intentional discharge of a firearm that resulted in death and a previous serious or violent felony conviction from 2018.

No additional arrests have been made, and police are still searching for Guillen-Valles.

Nov. 13 – Killing of Steven Weber

Steven Weber, 58, was killed in a stabbing at 900 West Lowell Avenue. Tracy police say his death appears to have been caused by a stabbing or cutting instrument.

Police are still searching for people who knew Weber to learn more about him. The investigation is ongoing.
