SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A 22-year-old Sacramento man was arrested Thursday after a deadly shooting in Oak Park earlier in June.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, 22-year-old Floyd Smith was arrested.
It comes weeks after a shooting on the 3400 block of 33rd Street around 7 p.m. Upon arrival officers found a 53-year-old man with at least one gunshot wound. He died at the hospital.
According to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office, 53-year-old Edward Ballwin died by homicide June 2.
