OAKDALE, Calif. — A man from New York was accused of placing card skimmers on several ATMs in the Oakdale area.
In a Facebook post from Oakdale Police Department, they announced the man was arrested on suspicion of felony fraud charges with the help of the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office and Turlock Police Department.
Police said they found the card skimmer on a Bank of America ATM on East F Street on Jan. 1 and called other agencies to notify them.
Eventually, the suspect was caught putting a card skimmer on an ATM in Turlock and a warrant was issued by Oakdale police.
The suspect was identified as Enache Sandumarian, 55 of New York. He was arrested Thursday and booked into the county jail.
