Woman, 2 minors dead after arson suspect sets fire to Stockton mobile home

Police said Jose Carmona is on the run and considered dangerous.

STOCKTON, Calif. — A woman and two minors were found dead inside a mobile home trailer that was set on fire in Stockton Tuesday morning.

Stockton Police Department said officers were called to the area of Visalia Court and Harbor Street to help Stockton Fire Department with a reported arson just after 6:30 a.m.

Officers arrived and found a woman and two minors dead inside the mobile home trailer. 

Police said the suspect, 59-year-old Jose Carmona, set the trailer on fire while the victims were inside sleeping.

Police said Carmona is also known by the following names: Jose Carmona-Estrada, Roberto Giron-Giron, Felipe Ramirez Leon, Juan Alonzo-Alemndares, Juan Alonzo, Jose Avilla Cardona and Andres Vecerra Torres.

Police said Carmona is on the run and considered dangerous. People are asked to not approach him and to contact police if he's seen.
