SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A standoff with a wanted man came to an end in the unincorporated area Roseville in Placer County.
Sgt. Amar Gandhi, spokesperson for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, said the man had two felony warrants, one for domestic violence and one for a sex offender violation for failure to check in.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies tried to find the man after he didn't check in with them, but when they found him, he led them on a chase through Elk Grove around 2:30 p.m.
