LODI, Calif. — A Tracy man is in the San Joaquin County Jail on numerous felony sexual exploitation charges after allegedly trying to meet up with a minor.
The Lodi Police Department said 50-year-old Carlos Mora was arrested after he arranged to meet up with a "juvenile decoy."
"Our department remains steadfast in providing for the safety and security for our citizens, especially our most precious asset, our children," police said in a Facebook post.
The arrest was through an online sexual predator operation the police department has been conducting for the past two weeks.
