STOCKTON, Calif. — Stockton police arrested a 19-year-old man in connection to a fatal September 2023 shooting, according to a press release.
The Stockton Police Department says Jaiden Liggins was arrested in connection to the shooting and killing of a 40-year-old man Sept. 23, 2023. The shooting happened around 11:50 a.m. in the area of E Ninth and Anne streets. The man, who has not been publicly identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No motive for the shooting or other details have been made available at this time.
