Man hospitalized in Stockton shooting

Police said the man had non-life-threatening injuries.

STOCKTON, Calif. — A man was taken to the hospital after being shot in Stockton Wednesday evening.

According to the Stockton Police Department, officers responded to a reported shooting in the area of Carolyn Weston Boulevard and McDougald Boulevard.

Arriving officers found a 44-year-old man who was shot. He was taken to a hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
