SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was shot and killed in South Sacramento Sunday evening.
The Sacramento Police Department said they responded to a reported shooting along the 6900 block of 27th Street just before 6 p.m.
Arriving officers found a 38-year-old man with at least one life-threatening gunshot wound, but despite efforts to save his life, he was ultimately pronounced dead.
The man hasn't been identified at this time. Anyone with information can call Sacramento Police Department.
