SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A woman thought to be a human trafficking victim was found safe.
Isabel Gallego, 17, was last seen on April 19 with a 25-year-old Kyree Jackson. Sacramento Police Department said they spent several days in Portland, Oregon before arriving in Seattle.
On Thursday evening, police announced that Portland police officers found Jackson and arrested him for his warrant. He had two outstanding warrants out of Sacramento County.
Officials said plans are being set to reunite Gallegos with her family.
