MODESTO, Calif. — A Modesto woman allegedly fired a gun after shouting at her neighbors over the weekend.
According to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office, Kelly Eakin, 42 of Modesto, was arrested for making criminal threats.
Deputies said they arrested Eakin along the 6200 block of American Avenue in Modesto. Deputies responded to the area after she reportedly yelled her neighbors and their kids and fired gunshots into the distance. She then went back into her home.
Deputies said she surrendered to law enforcement, and her guns were confiscated after they got a search warrant.
