FAIRFIELD, Calif. — One person was taken to the hospital after a reported shooting in Fairfield Thursday afternoon.
According to Fairfield Police Department, there was a reported shooting victim at an apartment complex near the 3900 block of Business Center Drive, just after 3 p.m.
Police said the person was taken to a local hospital by family for treatment before officers got to the scene.
Few details surrounding the shooting and what led up to it have been released at this time.
The condition of the victim also isn't known.
