PLACER COUNTY, Calif. — Three people are now in custody after a burglary at Foothill Firearms in Newcastle in July.

According to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office, detectives arrested two of the suspects in Vallejo and one in San Rafael. All three are convicted felons, deputies say.

The sheriff’s office says the burglary at Foothill Firearms happened in the early morning hours of July 22 when one of the suspects, 39-year-old Tyrone Brennen of San Rafael, allegedly used a power tool to cut a hole in the side of the store.

Brennen reportedly loaded duffel bags with 73 guns and then was caught on camera being picked up and getting away in the direction of I-80.

Investigators say the person who picked him up, 41-year-old Loren Bingham of Vallejo, was the lookout and getaway driver.

The sheriff’s office says Brennen was found with two firearms reported stolen in the burglary as well as ‘large cutting tools.’ He has a history of cutting holes into the sides of businesses around the state, deputies say.

Bingham, a known gang member, also had felony warrants out for his arrest in Solano County after a robbery.

The third man, 57-year-old Richard Nosenzo of Vallejo, was in the same house as Bingham and reportedly had one of the guns taken in the burglary.

All three were booked into the Placer County Jail. Brennen is being held without bail, Bingham’s bail was set at $100,000 with $330,000 in warrants out of Solano County and Nosenzo’s bail was set at $435,000.
