SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A 3-year-old was hospitalized after reportedly shooting himself in his Sacramento home Saturday, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Officials say they responded to the 2000 block of South Ave just before 3 p.m. The boy was taken to the hospital before officers arrived, but they are now investigating how he got the gun and how he was shot.
The boy's condition is unknown at this time and no additional information is available.
