GRASS VALLEY, Calif. — A woman was arrested after allegedly slashing a customer while wielding a knife at a Grass Valley gas station.

Officers arrived at the gas station along the 400 block of East Main Street and detained a knife-wielding woman, who had stabbed one person, according to the Grass Valley Police Department.

The man stabbed was in critical but stable condition and transported to the hospital; there is no indication the suspect and victim knew each other before the attack, police said.
