SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento Police Department is investigating the death of a man at the Executive Inn.
Officials say they responded to a call about a body found at the 200 block of Bannon Street around 11:30 a.m. Fire and medical arrived at the scene and pronounced the man dead with at least one gunshot wound.
Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators are investigating the death. There is no information about what led up to the shooting or any suspect information. The identity of the man has not been released.
