ELK GROVE, Calif. — Two people were wounded in a shooting in Elk Grove on Friday night.
Police officers were notified around 10 p.m. of shots fired at SES Hall, a large event space on East Stockton Blvd, according to the Elk Grove Police Department.
Police said an individual was found with a gunshot injury. They were taken to the hospital.
Later, a second person connected to the same shooting arrived at a different hospital with a gunshot wound, police said. Both individuals' injuries are non-life threatening.
Police said this is an ongoing investigation. More information will be provided when available.
