STOCKTON, Calif. — A Ring security video shows the moments when two people were carjacked in a Stockton neighborhood Friday.
The Stockton Police Department said the crime happened along the 1800 block of Jewell Court, not far from San Juan Avenue, around 12:30 p.m.
A woman, 62, and a man, 67, were near their car when two suspects stole their keys and took off in it, according to police.
Ring video shows the man and woman had just pulled into the driveway and were getting out of the car seconds before the carjacking happened. One suspect appears to hold onto the woman's arm as she tries to get away. Both suspects eventually appear to run toward the victim's car before the video ends.
After the incident, police said the victims declined medical treatment.
