JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The video attached to this story is from a previous, related report.

Jacksonville rapper Yungeen Ace, whose real name is Keyanta Bullard, was released from jail Tuesday after he posted bail.

Bullard's bond was set at $150,003. Inmates only have to pay 10% of bond to be released.

The rapper faces charges of possession of a firearm, weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon. He is identified in police documents as a known gang member, something which he has owned publicly throughout his career.

He has been ordered to have no contact with other gang members, and "no witness except contact (his) mother." The witnesses are most likely the passengers in the car.

Bullard was arrested once before in June 2018 for an attempted robbery.

After multiple attempts on his life, including the prolific Town Center shooting, also in June 2018, where three others -- including his younger brother -- were killed, Bullard left Jacksonville and moved to Texas. He has hinted at a return to Jacksonville, but hadn't been seen there for years until his arrest. He was arrested in Jacksonville Beach late Monday night and booked into jail at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday.

A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrest report states that the SUV Bullard was inside failed to stop at a four-way stop sign intersection, and the driver, identified as Malquis Warthen, 24, was arrested for driving while a license was suspended, canceled or revoked.

Six people were inside the vehicle, which was a rental, at the time of the traffic stop.

The vehicle was towed, and all the occupants were detained by police.

Seven loaded firearms were found inside the vehicle, three of the firearms Bullard had "constructive possession" of, the report states.

A rifle located in the vehicle was loaded with "armor-piercing rounds," according to the report.

His arraignment is set for May 8, 2024.
