FEMA Mobile Disaster Centers open in Sacramento County

Six Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers are now open in Northern California to help displaced Camp Fire survivors.

There is now relief for Camp Fire survivors who have been shuttling between their temporary homes and the Disaster Recovery Center in Butte County. 

Six FEMA Mobile Disaster Centers will be available in several counties, making it a little more convenient for survivors to get much needed information.

Representatives of FEMA’s individual assistance and mitigation teams, the U.S. Small Business Administration and other state and federal agencies as well as nongovernmental service organizations, are available to survivors in the mobile units.

When in the area, the mobile centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. They will be at the following locations: 

Sacramento County 

  • Citrus Heights Community Center 
    • Address: 6237 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, Calif.
    • Dates: Dec. 17-19 and Dec. 27-29
  • Regional Parks
    • Address: 10361 Rockingham Drive, Sacramento
    • Dates: Dec. 20-22 and Jan. 3-5

Contra Costa County 

  • Public Works Office 
  • Address: 255 Glacier Dr., Martinez, Calif.
  • Dates: Dec. 17-19 and Dec. 27-29

Tehama County 

  • Red Bluff Fairgrounds 
  • Address: 650 Antelope Blvd., Red Bluff, Calif.
  • Dates: Dec. 17-19 and Dec. 27-29

Alameda County 

  • Sheriff's Station
  • Address: 4985 Broder Blvd., Dublin, Calif.

Shasta County
