The Sacramento Police Department announced Friday that they arrested Joshua Rolando Vasquez, 31, in connection with an assault believed to have occurred at Mark Twain Elementary School in South Sacramento. Police said Vasquez worked as a program lead for the "START" after-school program and was a part-time employee with the school district.
