SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento Police Department is investigating after two people were stabbed Thursday afternoon.
According to police, it happened in an apartment building on the 1000 block of 10th Street.
While police are still investigating what led up to the stabbing, they confirmed one person had minor injuries and wasn’t taken to a hospital while the second person was taken to a hospital in critical condition but they’ve stabilized since then.
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the stabbing and was identified as 27-year-old Liam Calhoun. Police say he was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
