EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. — Aji Japanese Bistro in El Dorado Hills announced Monday on social media it's closing.
May 31 is set as the last day for the restaurant where they will be open during normal business hours. The restaurant said the closing is due to rise costs.
"Again, thank you to all our amazing customers. We appreciate you guys so much. Come & enjoy our last few weeks with us," wrote Aji Japanese Bistro.
Owner Russell Okubo also helped develop the recently-opened Japanese restaurant Fuji in Sacramento's Land Park neighborhood.
