PLACER COUNTY, Calif. — A man is in custody in Placer County after a body was found Wednesday in Rocklin.
According to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found the body around 8 p.m. Wednesday on Industrial Avenue and Cyber Court.
The sheriff’s office says detectives followed up on leads and identified the suspect in the death as 48-year-old Fernando Jimenez.
He was arrested and booked on suspicion of murder. The identity of the man found dead and his manner of death was not released.
