PLUMAS COUNTY, Calif. — Plumas County's Search and Rescue team discovered 78-year-old Elmerena Waelder deceased after she had been missing since Monday.

County Sheriff's officials said she was initially reported missing when a family member went to Waelder's home in Cilo to find she had been gone.
