People can request refunds from Ticketmaster for Noah Kahan show due to heat advisory

Noah Kahan's "We'll All Be Here Forever Tour" may have some empty seats at Toyota Amphitheatre due to the heat advisory.

WHEATLAND, Calif. — Northern California is in the middle of a potentially record-breaking heat wave and events in the area are going on as planned.

North of Sacramento, in Wheatland, popular singer-songwriter Noah Kahan is set to perform at the Toyota Amphitheatre Wednesday.

With temperatures at a high of 112°, attendees might be doing more sweating than singing.

As a result, the Toyota Amphitheatre is making some adjustments for fans. People can bring in empty, reusable water bottles to fill up at free hydration stations or factory-sealed, unfrozen water bottles. People can bring up to two gallons per person, or about 15 standard sealed water bottles per person. The venue will be equipped with misting fans and multiple cooling stations. Complimentary sunscreen will be provided as well.

There's an excessive heat warning in effect until July 9 at 11 pm., according to the National Weather Service. A Red Flag Warning is in effect until July 3 at 8 p.m.

Merchandise will be set up inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento from 1-6 p.m.

According to the venue, people are asked not to arrive before 4 p.m. Parking lots open at 4 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m. along with a pre-show party.

Starting at 6 p.m., Toyota Amphitheatre will be having a pre-show party in the plazas with free tarot card readings, free caricatures and face paintings, a free 360 photo booth, food, drinks and more.

Seating opens around 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:45 p.m.

Prepare for heat

  • Allowing fans to bring empty, reusable water bottles into the venue which they can fill up at our free hydration stations or factory-sealed, unfrozen water bottles up to TWO gallons per person 
  • Equipping the venue with misting fans and multiple cooling stations
  • Offering complimentary sunscreen

How to request a refund

Fans can request refunds via their Ticketmaster accounts until Friday, July 5 at 10 a.m. People who purchased tickets from a third-party reseller (StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, etc.) can reach out to your point of purchase.
