A Silver Alert was activated by California Highway Patrol Sunday for a missing Yuba County woman last seen Friday morning.
CHP is looking for Betty Jean Bowen, last seen at a bank in Marysville. She is 78 years old and has long gray hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 2 inches and is 100 pounds according to CHP.
Bowen drives a silver 1987 Ford Escort with a California license plate of 2FSU249. If located, CHP said to conduct a welfare check and notify Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 530-749-7777
