Power restored to thousands of PG&E customers near Tracy

The outage started just before 10:58 p.m. Wednesday evening near Tracy and was impacting 6,338 customers Thursday morning.

TRACY, Calif. — More than 6,000 Pacific Gas & Electric customers had their power restored in San Joaquin County on Thursday around 6:30 a.m.

The outage started just before 10:58 p.m. Wednesday evening near Tracy and was impacting 6,338 customers, according to PG&E outage maps.

According to the website, the preliminary cause of the outage is that a car hit a pole. Find a PG&E outage map HERE.
