58 cats rescued from hoarding situation in Sacramento, shelter says

Some of the cats have since been adopted or sent to rescue, but dozens still need a home

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Nearly five dozen cats were recently saved from a hoarding situation in Sacramento.

According to a post from the Front Street Animal Shelter, the 58 cats are now in need of a home.

The shelter says Fieldhaven Feline Center will provide advice to adopters once they have a new home.

All the cats will be fixed, chipped, vaccinated and adoption fees for them will be waived.
