CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. — One person died after a fire in Citrus Heights Friday.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District responded to reports of a fire along the 7500 block of Oak Grove Avenue around noon.
Crews found a person dead inside the home. It's unclear how the person died. The fire was knocked down and no other injuries were reported.
ABC10 has reached out to the Citrus Heights Police Department for more information.
The fire is under investigation.
