Daniel William Marsh was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of a Davis couple by a Yolo County jury on Friday. Jurors are now deliberating the sanity phase of the trial. If Marsh is found to be sane, he faces the possibility of life in prison without parole when he is sentenced. He is ineligible for the death penalty because of his age.
