DAVIS, Calif. — A Yolo County woman went skydiving Friday afternoon in Davis for her 90th birthday.
Shirley Tuter, of Dunnigan, jumped with SkyDance SkyDiving to fulfill an item on her bucket list, her son John Lewis told ABC10 last week.
“I’m a dangerous broad,” Tuter said.
Tuter took off from the Yolo County Airport, reached about 13,000 feet above ground and participated in a tandem jump with a professional, according to a SkyDance video shared with ABC10.
“It was fun. I may never walk again,” Tuter said through laughter immediately after landing.
Lewis said his mother is a “spunky little lady” and cancer survivor.
