SACRAMENTO, Calif. — One person died in a crash in the Arden-Arcade area Wednesday.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District said two vehicles were involved in the crash which happened on El Camino Avenue at Watt Avenue.
An SUV made contact with a Prius and then hit a light pole. A passenger in the SUV died, according to the fire district. The driver of the Prius was treated and released.
The identity of the person who died hasn't been released and California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
